It lies on the A163 road where it joins the A614 road.The nearest railway station is in Howden, and there is good access to the M62. DIRECTIONS From Holme on Spalding Moor head towards Selby. The road passes directly through Water End, and the property can be found on the right hand side just after the left turn into Bulmer Lane.
