Having used your company before, I had no hesitation in putting the sale of my property in your safe hands. And I was not disappointed nor surprised when you found a buyer within just 4 weeks - for the full asking price. Wow! I don't think any other agent within the vicinity could have done a better job. I was kept informed of each viewing, was given a detailed account of their buying position and a feedback call literally within hours of each viewing. I felt that you vetted each interested party and there were absolutely no time wasters! From start to finish, the service has been excellent! Fabulous pictures of the property, and accurate descriptions no doubt helped to pull in initial interest. On top of that, you advertised my property via other mediums such as your own (very impressive, I might add) glossy magazine - the sales literature too...

The draft brochure was emailed swiftly for me to check everything and it was put on the internet and a lovely big picture was displayed in their show room window.
